Kijiji Adds 10 New Cities & Regions

It would make a lot more sense for you to be able to post within 100 miles (or some other perameter) than to post in your home state. I live 12 miles from one state border and very close to another. I am allowed to post with in WI which means I can post 200 miles from me, but not 12 miles to MN or a few more than that to Iowa. I know that the technology exists to quickly determine distance based on zip. I hope this will be looked into. Another important consideration might be the posting category. People will only go a few miles for "firewood" let's say, but maybe 500 miles for stud service for their King Charles. I think posting areas should be determined by category. Thanks for considering my input.

You may as well not hold your breath on this subject. I was one of the first 100 or so to sign up and join Kijiji back over a year ago. The closet city to me is St.Louis but because I am on the East St.Louis side and the river is between Missouri and Illinois, I am not allowed to post in St.Louis. Now I can drive up to Central Illinois over 200 miles away and post there. I am still waiting for a city to be added in Southern Illinois but that isn't going to happen either because they don't care. Kijiji Kelly has been saying the same thing forever. I could have told you that "the team" would be considering it! Samo, samo for over a year now.

I have tried to post for three days and it is not possible to post my ad for 4 car tires I have written many messages to kijiji and no one ever responds i think e bay should be ashamed of such business practices I live in Denver colorado and I am not the only one having problems posting.

There is a group of us that want some mod's to keep the crap off the forums or appoint a handful of us to moderators only for the forums. We need some people to enforce the rules. I can name about 15 people including my self that would love to help enforce the rules by being a moderator
