Based on all the great feedback from the community we have recently launched 10 new cities and regions.

• Santa Cruz, CA
• Fairfield, CT
• Northern Virginia and Maryland Metro Area
• Ithaca, NY
• Palm Springs, CA
• Hawaii (Big Island)
• Tri-Cities, WA
• Outer Banks, NC
• Frederick, MD
• Fort Collins, CO

Please let your friends and family know about the new Kijiji sites! If the city you live in still doesn't have a Kijiji site, please post a request for it in the site suggestions forum.

Thanks,
Selina, Ryan & Cole

My City is listed, which is St. Louis. That is the City I need to list my Ads in. I need to be allowed to list in the City of St. Louis even though I am on the Illinois side of the river! The closest City to me is St. Louis. Please let me list there so I can start selling and join in all the fun with Kijiji. What difference would this make? Please reconsider this!

My suggestion is that you register for the city closest to you. If St. Louis is your most local community, you should register there, if Kijiji is available there.

I would check Kijiji's TOS first of course.

Please add west palm beach, florida. Alternatively you can call it Palm Beach County, Florida. Either one would work, as palm beach county is a gigantic in between miami and port st. lucie.

Port st. lucie is WAY too far north, and Miami is WAY too far south.

When you click on miami is lists as "South Florida", that will not cut it for palm beach county.

West Palm Beach is a MAJOR area and does need to be added. Miami is WAY too far south and Port St Lucie is WAY too far north.

This sounds weird, but I live in Saturn, Texas. Saturn is not on the map, so we have to get our mail in Waelder, Texas, but Waelder only has a population of about 950 or so....so.... we have to go to the nearest, bigger town to shop etc....and that town is Gonzales, Texas. Rolling Eyes Yeah, I know. SO, can you please add Gonzales, Texas so us mixed up out of place, with no where on the map, wish we were, and no one sees us, get on your kijiji map.

THAT IS GONZALES, TEXAS.

Our policies right now as it stands is you can post an ad in any city in the state you reside, but you cannot post out of state. If the city you live does not have a kijiji just choose the closest city in your state to it.

And we have noted all the suggestions for our website development team to consider. Thanks alot!

Cheers,

What does it mean when you say you can't post out of state? And what is being done about the people that are posting out of state? It seems to me that if it is against the rules to post out of state that someone with the development team should be reading the ads and enforcing this rule or it shouldn't be a rule.

We do our best to make sure people are following our policies however we do rely on our community to let us know if someone is not. If you see someone post ads throughout the US and not following our policies please feel free to send us an email with the Ad ID so we can look into it.

Thanks,

Carmel, IN, Hamilton County, is NOT a bedroom suburb of Indianapolis, Marion County. It is a city that is thriving and prosperous. People from Hamilton County don't drive all the way to Indianapolis for much of anything unless they work there (it is the state capital, but officialy and unofficially closes by 6:30 p.m. Why can't Carmel be listed as an Indiana city, as well as Indianapolis?
