I'm not sure what state you live in, but here in NJ you have 3 business days to cancel a contracted transaction. Only thing though, I'm not sure it applies to motor vehicle purchases.
Try checking the law in your state to see what options are available to you. |

I can't believe that anyone would buy a vehicle without knowing the price.
are you that busy in life that you would just jump right in to a deal like that without knowing what the terms of the contract are.
I can tell by your gramnmar that you are a rushed person or maybe just not that bright.
good luck and next time bring an educated pal along.
sorry to be so harsh. but when i read this ,i wanted to let you know how I see things.
I have a few bridges 4 sale if you need a a short cut to work.

| Sorry to inform you but you are in fact stuck with the car. The only way you could get out of it is if they took the paperwork to you (at home, or work) and had you sign it, and then you would only have three days. Other than that, it's yours. The best thing to do would be trade it of for something really cheap. You will lose alot of money on the trade, and you'll have to keep it until it is fully payed off, but you'll be out of that high payment Toyota. Dealers like that give the honest ones bad names. |
