$400 Seeking & in need of rental room, rent & on-site volunteer chores;
South - West Coast line, from El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, to Redondo Beach.
No more than $400/month, own small, little bathroom is fine.
I'm more than willing to share kitchen, as I will clean after myself, even if a little cleaner than maybe when I found it, you know what I mean of course.
With possibly negotiating security deposit payment's, (i.e.: in two payment's perhaps).
I have work, professional (other) and personal character references' for your review.
I have my own, little successful (3) year sole proprietorship business - "Freelance Casual & General Labor Services", with (3) year's of successful and satisfied clientele, thus, I do have incoming 'work' income, plus, other stable monthly income as well coming in.
As I'm currently going through a housing transition right now, what I do have: May 2008 available, $400 solely for rent, and in June 2008, $400 solely for rent, thus, again, I'm hoping that with possibly negotiating security deposit payment's, (i.e.: in two payment's perhaps), and me performing voluntary duties and tasks' of housecleaning, misc (inside) and whatever I can do (outside), I believe that I can, as in the word's of my work, professional (other) and personal character references', that I hopefully will exhibit becoming and asset and a comforting room mate to rent to, which I sincerely and kindly thank you in advance.
