I've got an 03 Dodge Caravan that is horrible. It was leaking for the last 2 years, leaving spots in driveway. Dealership said that oil on engine was normal. Always had poor gas mi-12 to 14' is now down to 8-10 . Blew a fuel pump. an d dlrsp. now says (after wuarnt is out at 72,000 that it nrrd a new head. gaskt, and oh, by the way, it'll ONLY be tentatively $1700. Single parent with 2 kids, don't have it. Gas prices are eating us alive, it is all paid 4, and this is our only vehicle We were not raised to be ugly, but I am so mad about it's constant poor beh., that I would recommend against anyone ever buying one.betht |

The Dodge & Plymouth mini vans had the worst engines. I have seen late model Chrysler Town & Country mini vans that are smoking at 30K. They have been that way since they were first introduced. I had a 2000 that only lasted till 3 days after warranty ran out @22K and the engine let go. Also Dodge has had a sludge problem with their vehicles for several yrs now. Dodge knew about it but did nothing and would not repair or replace an engine without the help of an attorney. I will no longer buy a Dodge/Chrysler 4 cyl or v-6 engine. I just can't trust it to not leave my family stranded on the side of the road. |

| I am not currently employed, and def. cannot afford an attoney. My son is ADD/ODD which is alot to deal with, along with the car. My hair is going white. I was not only wondering if I could maybe find someone who could do a head gasket(other than the dlrsp) reasonably, what would be reasonable, and it has a bad hollow loud clunk in the rt front wheel,2.It may be red in color, but I've always wondered if it was a lemon fom the beginning?????? Thanks 4 taking the time to reply, betht |
