I dont mind answering questions but it is a little annoying when people ask things that are clearly stated in the ad. Maybe they are just checking for consistancy in what you reply with but sometimes it's obvious they havent read the ad.

Mind you I am new at all this but I did put the puppies up on here and I got a email ast night. The email addy was aillegal@something and they asked me to lower the price of the puppies. I mean they did not ask a huge amount they asked to 600. I went to reply no they are 750. then it kepy getting return mail when mailing with the reply button. Just from email addy I was suspicious and then asking me to lower the price that much when pugs are going for the rate that we are selling them. Anyways thought that I would add that one

I think what you are saying is that when you click the reply button to that inquiry and send it that its coming back failed? That has happened to me too on a few different occasions. Do you happen to have gmail for your email service? I had that happen and even tried putting the email address in a new message and it still failed. I copied and pasted the whole thing into my hotmail account ( I have 2 email accounts, one through gmail and one with hotmail) and it went through, sent it two days ago and it never failed. I am not sure if its something about Kijiji or Gmail or an issue between the two.

Thats what happened to me too, the ones I have had that happen to me like that were also not what I was wanting. One was asking to breed her purebred dog to mine which for the most part I do not stud out anyway. I was emailing her back with a bunch of requirements that she would probably be opposed to and it came back failed, oh well.

People that assume the worst and run their mouths about stuff they have no clue about really does get on my nerves. I posted a add for one of my bearded dragons. I have been telling people $50.00 adoption,rehome/sale price whatever they choose to call it.

He has a stub tail and is not super friendly but not aggressive either He just does not like to be picked up but is fine once he is He has never bitten... he has always been that way from the time I got him @ a wk old he has also had the stub tail since then as well.

- Here;s some crap someone sent me lol?

Alright well I hope you aggresive beardie gets help.

By the way

how do you make the nicest known reptiles aggresive then call it happy?

It's obvious you got this animal free and planned to resell it

Quote:
how can you expect someone to pay that much for an injured bearded dragon if they sell them at the reptile show healthy for 30?

You realize not only are you asking to much but you are hurting an animal that needs help

Quote:
People confuse me asking so much for a 4 month old bearded dragon.

Even more confusing why would you sell it if it's hurt? Why not find someone who could help it? Seriously why risk and animals life just for money?

Why would you buy an animal you don't know how to care for or just can't?

Did you get it free or something?

LOL I guess maybe I am loopy for not "giving" him away for free? I figured that was there problem. I had gotten a few calls from people wanting him for free or wanting me to bring him to them. $50.00 imo is not to much ?

I've had to clean up pups, mine are indoor/outdoor dogs, and are messy little buggars. I quite often give them a quick bath before someone comes to see them. Otherwise they smell all dusty, cause you can't give them a bath every day without drying out their skin, and giving them a bath. Mine are pointers and VERY athletic. Just my two cents

ummm.. question Confused

why would a puppy need to be "bathed" before someone coming to see them?

I've never "bathed" or in other words never had to "clean up" my pups when a buyer was coming by anyone could stop by day or night and see the pups and they would already be "clean & tidied" Confused

as for the rest "no-shows" are part of selling off free sites, tell the people when they can come ex. 5pm-5:30pm if they dont show up then go on with your day, if they show up late without calling to let you know Turn them away and forget about them.
