Missing Person KEN VARAO REWARD

My grown children and I are trying to find their father. He is living in Chico,Oroville California area. His name is Ken Varao. We know he just got paroled to there last month. HELP We do not want to lose contact again. It's been 20yrs. He has three brothers John,Wayne,and Mike Varao. Ken is missunderstood alot (suffers from PTSD), family has pretty much washed their hands of him, and that's really sad as he does have a really good heart. We really need to find him to let him know HE IS LOVED !!! We are in Oklahoma and have no way of looking in Chico or Oroville, CA. He will turn 60 on June 5th, likes to go to the Bar to play pool and likes his pale ale. He is always pacing and walking around. Can be alot of fun, but gets mad real easy (gets over it quick). I know this sounds like I'm rambling, but I also need him very much. We were supposed to remarry ( after 33yrs ) on his birthday $200.00 TO THE PERSON WHO FINDS HIM AND GETS HIM TO CALL US
