If you are looking to rent a home.. look into it first- take down the address and go to the County Offices and find out whether or not that home is in the process of being FORECLOSED!
This happened to a friend of mine -and there was nothing she could do about it.
Some homehowners who are going to foreclose, will move out- put up a for rent sign...get First month + Deposit,..apprx. $1500- of your hard earned money...
and in a couple / few months... you'll be up back in the same place you started, looking for a house to rent, but with $1500- less...

I'm sorry, Thanks for the advice. I will let people know that.

| This happened to my sister-in-law. She paid rent on her house for months, then one day she had a notice on her door to move out. She called her landlord and was told that she had foreclosed on the house and sorry. So what happened to all the rent money she had been paying?... in the pockets of the landlord who choose to let the house go. It happens, BEWARE. |
