Just curious to the parents out there what are your children into? Is it High School Musical? Pokemon? Webkinz? These are the all the buzz right now. Have your chilren fallen trap to this marketing frenzy?

My son plays Guitar Hero alot, and playstation games. Uses his cell phone alot...He wanted a cell phone so he talked his biological dad into buying him which is fine with my husband and I. At least he pays the hefty bill! |

Ooh! Guitar Hero!
I'm no kid, to be sure, but we recently got a Nintendo Wii and I'm looking forward to the release of Guitar Hero for the Wii this fall!

| I'm definietly not a kid, but I love the Wii game! I 'm glad you told me that they are coming out with the guitar hero for it. Bowling is my very favorite thing and I'm trying to do Cooking Mama. It is alot of fun for the entire family. |

UPDATE:
So we did some pre-Christmas shopping this weekend and I got one gift early - a brand new copy of Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii! It's AWESOME! So much fun. I recommend it to anyone.

Hey ladies,
well my son is 12 on tuesday. he's an little inventor. he makes more things than you can imagine. I keep saying that he will make all of us some real money one day.
also, he's going to the community college for a week to take up
Robitics and Science.
Is he excited? yes! am I the mother happy? YES! |

My 13 year old son is now into play "GuildWars" online with a group of his friends. (He doesn't realize that he's learning how to type pretty fast as a result.  )
The regular summer stuff applies also - the pool everyday is a must! |

my daughter just turned 7 june 29th and she is into highschool musical, books, computer games(disney,barbie, and polly pocket websites), she still into barbies like the fairytopia dvd and bratz genie magic?  |

| My 17 year old daughter can't get enough of Stephanie Meyer's books, and anything from the 80's.....we had the best time ever going to a Depeche Mode concert together a couple of years ago! |

| Well, I have 2 girls, ages 5 and 3. Both are into Disney channel, the youngest also loves Dora and has been learning some spanish as a result. Both girls like going for hikes in the woods and looking for rocks. They also enjoy going to car shows. |
