| Been on the market for a few weeks now. We have a GREAT 5 year old place that is in PERFECT condition. We keep it super clean right now and hired a realtor and had her set the price. She is a very successful realtor in the area. We've only had ONE visitor so far. I just want people to come look at it...even if it means we are getting turned down all the time. What in the world is the problem though...its frustrating to keep the house really clean all the time and then not have anyone even interested! |

Hello,
I had a house on the market for a long time and got VERY frustrated with my real estate agent, the market, the abundance of foreclosures, the lack of activity, the lack of buyers, the dog.. ..so I had to take matters into my own hands.
For over 100 different ideas on how to get your home sold, please check this out: http://www.HelpSellHouseGuide.com
I apologize if sending you this is against the rules but I am just trying to help.

The real estate market is the worst I have seen in my 19 years being
a realtor. If I were a seller I would not sell my home now unless I absolutely had to sell. Don't buy into what alot of agents tell you that
the market is picking up, it will just take longer etc, etc, etc. The fact
is unless you get very lucky, your house will sit for a long time on the market and you will be reducing your price over and over again. Why
would you sell and lose thousands of dollars when you could wait for about a year or so and get your asking price and maybe more. Right now if you are selling, you are compeeting with all the short sales and foreclosures. There are just very few buyers out there right now that are not investors looking for a good deal. It doesn't matter if your agent is a superstar. That's the facts. |
