Renters are having a hard time finding somewhere to live. After losing your home,car,credit cards late or not paid at all.
Where are we to go??? No one wants us. My husband and I are trying
to go home to Fresno. He is looking for work so we can leave, Manteca, Ca. where we now live. Soon we will be ( or we feel ) penalized for going
month to month now for not signing a new years lease. 100.00, on top of the 840.00 we now pay. Anyone elese? |

I am a property manager - most places cahrge an extra $50.00? $100.00 is high. Check your lease about month-to-month fees. Maybe you can sign a 2 month lease and they would give you a break! |

 Thank Rylee, I did ask and the answer is no.
We are trying to dig ourselve out of debt, Moving is the next smart thing to do. Lower our rent, Live below our means and hope for a break in housing. That someone will have mercy. We are great tenents, no one ever wants us to leave. Including the manager where we live now.
